Refund Policy
Last updated: May 31, 2026
Early access — nothing is charged
The Narrative Graph isn’t open yet. Reserving your spot does not require a card and does not charge you anything. Because nothing is collected and nothing is charged, there is nothing to refund at this stage.
If and when paid plans open, the full refund terms below will apply to your first paid subscription. We’ll show you the price and the refund terms before you ever pay.
When paid plans open
Today there is nothing to refund: no card is collected and no charge is made when you reserve a spot, so no money changes hands. This section describes what will happen only if and when paid plans open and you choose to subscribe.
If paid plans open and you subscribe, your first paid subscription will carry a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied for any reason, tell us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full. This is in addition to any statutory right you have — including, for consumers in Brazil, the right of withdrawal within 7 days under article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC, Lei 8.078/1990), and any equivalent cooling-off or consumer-protection right in your jurisdiction.
Your current reservation is not a paid subscription and creates no charge. If The Narrative Graph does not open, any reservation is automatically void and we delete the associated data in line with our Privacy Policy — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. We will always show you the price and these refund terms before you are ever asked to pay.
