Welcome to The Narrative Graph (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by The Narrative Graph. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using this page, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the page.

1. Early access & pre-availability

The Narrative Graph isn’t open yet. This page lets you reserve a spot on the early-access list. It does not require a card, does not charge you, and does not create an account or process any manuscript.

A reservation is not a purchase. Reserving a spot places you on our early-access list; it is not an order, a contract for the supply of the Service, or a payment obligation of any kind. No price is charged, no card or other payment instrument is collected, and no account is created at this stage.

We may or may not open The Narrative Graph to the public, and we may change, delay, or discontinue the planned Service at any time before launch. We make no promise that the Service will become available, that it will be offered on any particular terms or at any particular price, or that any reservation will result in access. We give no launch date.

If we open early access, we will contact you at the email address you provided and tell you the price and the applicable terms before you are asked to pay anything. If we decide not to launch, your reservation simply lapses and we delete the associated data in line with our Privacy Policy. You may ask us to remove you from the list at any time by emailing support@thenarrativegraph.com.

2. AI nature and limitations

You acknowledge that The Narrative Graph uses Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) models. AI is probabilistic and may produce “hallucinations,” inaccuracies, non-factual information, or offensive errors. The Service is a tool to assist human creativity, not a substitute for human judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated text before publishing.

3. Reservations and refunds

No payment is taken on this page, so there is nothing to refund at the reservation stage. If and when paid plans open, our Refund Policy will govern your first paid subscription.

4. No guarantee of copyrightability

You acknowledge that under current U.S. laws, content generated exclusively by AI without significant human creative input may not be eligible for copyright protection. The Narrative Graph makes no representation or warranty regarding the copyrightability or enforceability of rights in raw AI outputs. You are solely responsible for adding sufficient human creativity to the Output to secure intellectual property rights.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The page is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall The Narrative Graph, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

7. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and, where we have your email and the change is significant, we may also notify you. Your continued use of this page after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the page and, if you wish, ask us to remove your reservation.
